VISA REQUIREMENTS

  • Passport, valid for at least 06 months from the date of travel at least three unused/blank visa pages (PLEASE ATTACH OLD PASSPORT IF YOU HAVE).
  • 4 visa size color photographs (35 X 45 White background Matt Finish, 80% Face Image. It should be without Specs, Sunglasses hat & cap Scanned & color photocopies would NOT be accepted.  Ears should be clearly visible, Lips should  be closed)
  • Original covering letter on company letter head letter signed by the applicant with name, designation & landline number and travel dates. (It should clearly mention who will bear the expenses of the trip)
  • NOC or leave letter from employer clearly mentioning the details of the applicant and the dates of travel. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details (Landline number) of authorized signature’s name, designation and signature.
  • UPDATED Bank statement of the applicant for last 6 months with Bank Stamp and Signature (PERSONAL AS WELL AS COMPANY). (MIN. BALANCE SHOULD BE APPROX RS. 1, 50,000/-)
  • Marriage Certificate.
  • Birth Certificate of children below the age of 18 years.
  • If spouse deceased than death certificate of spouse.
  • NOTERISED NOC FROM SPOUCE/PARENTS ON Rs. 100 STAMP PAPER if travelling single or either of the parents. PASSPORT COPY or PAN CARD COPY of spouse/parents for signature verification.
  • If child is below 18 Years then visa form must be signed by either of parents.
  • For students please provide School/College/University ID card copy
  • Proof of hotel booking, (verifiable) stating the following: physical address, as well as contact details of the hotel as well as authorized signature’s name, designation and signature.
  • Confirmed return/onward air ticket.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Charges

  • Deposit of 50000 Rs. Per person which is nonrefundable in any case
  • 45 days or more prior to the date of departure deposit amount
  • 44 – 30 days 50 % of tour cost or deposit whichever is higher
  • 29 – 15 days 75 % of tour cost
  • 14 – 07 days 100 % of tour cost

Note:-

  • Please note that there will be no refund, reduction in the cost for any un-utilized services forming part of the tour.
  • Please note that company holds the rights to change alter or amend the itinerary and hotels without prior notice.
  • In case of cancellation you would be provided credit note which can be utilized in any international tour within the span of 6 months.

  • All activities are at your own Risk & activities are subject to weather condition.

 Important Note for Travelers

  • There will be Luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels except at the airport where the passengers have to handle their own luggage on Trolley. It’s an individual’s responsibility to take care of own luggage & property
  • All  travelers  have  to  carry  their  own  passports,  tickets,  forex  &  any  other  important documents. It is recommended to leave passport photocopy at your resident, office & carry one copy while travelling.
  • Passengers having excess baggage over 20 Kgs per person in check in baggage & 05 Kgs in hand luggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities.
  • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, the itinerary may be amended.
  • There are no refunds for any services, i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on the tour.
  • The  temperature   in  South  Africa  averages  about  17  degrees  to  24  degrees.  One jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather along with gloves & ear caps. Heavy warm clothing is not required.
  • All the travelers must clear all their respective payments 20 days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
  • Any  sightseeing  not  mentioned  in the  itinerary  will  have  to  be  paid  for  locally  in  the respective local currency. (For e.g. Bungee Jumping, Zip drive, Sky Diving, Whale Watching)
  • All hotels bills should be cleared & rooms should be checked out before 30 mins of the groups’ schedule time of departure.  Incidentals  like drinks,  snacks,  in-room  dining,  TV channels, any room damages in the room, bathroom water overflow etc  while your stay at respective hotel will have to bear & borne by clients.
  • Skyline Holidays holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or death or theft during the tour program. We arrange services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc on behalf of its clients.
  • Minimum 02 blank pages are required while travelling to South Africa (01 for visas & 01 for exit & entry stamps at Mumbai & Johannesburg airports).  Travelers without requisite passport pages may be denied to enter into the country. PS if you have chosen to add on Kenya & Livingstone more blank pages are required for visas & stamping purposes. If you’re holding a US passport you will need to have 02 blank pages for stamping.
  • Kindly note that although time taken to obtain South African visas is 06 working days (Mon to Mon) due to the back load, consulate takes longer time than usual to dispatch passport with necessary visas. Until all documents are not received by the visa team, cases are not processed to the consulate (via VFS), we urge you to submit for visas as early as you can (15-16 days). Cancelations to the passengers do apply even if the passports & visas don’t receive on time from the consulate.
  • During your travel drinking water in South Africa is safe to drink and cook when taken from taps; this is announced by The Department of Water Affairs and Forestry, South Africa. You may drink tap water in the room and refill the bottle incase if you carry one.
  • Johannesburg & area is not one of safest to walk or move around by you. However if we are staying at the Emperors Palace (Met court Suites) campus it’s safe to walk around hotel lobby & surrounding hotel premises. It is suggested to check with hotel securities to move around hotel area. While in Cape Town & Garden Route, we recommend to travel in group of at least 4-6 people to move around after 1700 hrs
